Products and condition

We sell new and pre-loved records in limited quantities. All records are sealed unless the individual product page clearly states otherwise. Product pages identify the edition, format and stated condition. Colours and printed finishes can vary slightly between copies and screens.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Vinyl Theory is not currently registered for GST, so GST is not added to our prices. Payment is completed through Shopify’s secure checkout and its available payment providers.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been processed. If stock is unavailable, a price is incorrect or an order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel it and promptly refund any amount paid.

Delivery and returns

Available delivery options, costs and estimates are shown at checkout. Our postage information and returns policy form part of these terms.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
